DS Florist, we take immense pride in the quality of our floral arrangements and gifts. Since we work with fresh, living products, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. We are committed to ensuring you have a positive experience with every order.

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your blooms, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • To help us find a solution, please provide a clear photograph of the flowers and a brief description of the issue via email or phone.

  • Replacement: Send a fresh replacement bouquet as soon as possible.

  • Store Credit: Provide a digital gift voucher for future use.

  • Partial/Full Refund: Issue a refund back to your original payment method in specific cases of non-delivery or major faults.

3. Order Cancellations

We understand that plans change.

  • Standard Orders: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund.

  • Peak Periods (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day): Due to high demand, cancellations require at least 48 to 72 hours notice.

  • Cancellations made after the flowers have been prepared or dispatched cannot be refunded.

4. Incorrect Information & Redelivery

  • It is the sender's responsibility to ensure the recipient's address and contact details are correct.

  • If a redelivery is required due to incorrect information provided by the customer, a redelivery fee may apply.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Please note that refunds or replacements are generally not offered for:

  • Change of mind after delivery.

  • Flowers that have not been cared for properly (e.g., left in direct sunlight or without water).

  • Issues reported more than 48 hours after delivery.
